We conducted an industry-wide consultation on behalf of CityFibre on the role of alternative full fibre infrastructure builders in helping to switchover customers from the copper network. It involved designing and distributing the consultation, and managing and summarising the responses.

A study for a trade association to demonstrate the value delivered by the telecoms sector, in particular to consumers. It required a thorough assessment of products and services offered to consumers as well as marketing and sales practices. The report was launched at an event in Brussels with a panel which included representatives from the European Commission.

The impact of restricting Huawei in the UK
We produced an independent, evidence based assessment for a trade association of the cost to the UK of the use of Huawei being restricted. The assessment was used to raise awareness of the cost to the UK of a restriction or ban coming into fruition, and provide evidence to facilitate the public debate.

A report for a converged operator that looked at countries the UK often gets compared to in mobile coverage league tables. The purpose was to identify what specific characteristics or policy positions in countries such as Japan and South Korea might have contributed to the high levels of 4G coverage experienced.
