  • Location: London (hybrid)
    Position: Full-time
    Salary: From £55,000

    We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst who can monitor and provide insight into regulatory developments around the world in the areas we produce research on. You should have an established presence in the industry and a network of contacts, with the confidence to promote Assembly to our existing clients and prospects

    The responsibilities

    – Leading on content production and on-going service development

    – Scoping and delivering pieces of independent custom research

    – Providing comment to the press and media and speaking at external events

    – Acting as a client relationship partner

    – Promoting Assembly and marketing its services to prospects

    – Coaching and developing more junior members of the team

    Requirements

    – 5+ years of experience in a similar role or organisation (which must have a strong regulatory/policy dimension)

    – An established presence in the industry with a network of contacts

    – A solid understanding of current and emerging regulatory issues affecting communications markets and the digital economy

    – Ability to communicate thoughts in a clear and concise way and present them confidently

    – Fluency in written and spoken English

    – Willingness to travel

  • Location: London (hybrid)
    Position: Full-time
    Salary: From £35,000

    As we grow our client base, we are looking to hire analysts to join our team monitoring regulatory and policy developments in communications markets and the digital economy. You should have a strong interest in connectivity and/or the competition issues affecting big tech and the accompanying policy debate.

    The responsibilities

    – Producing content for our subscription clients

    – Responding to client enquiries on research that we’ve published

    – Providing input to pieces of custom research

    – Assisting with the promotion of Assembly and marketing its services to prospects

    – Develop expertise and profile within the industry through attending events and following industry developments

    Requirements 

    – At least 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role and understanding of regulation and competition issues in the telecommunications sector and/or digital economy

    – An interest in presenting content and data in a visually interesting way 

    – Ability to communicate thoughts in a clear and concise way 

    – Fluency in written and spoken English

    Useful skills

    MacOS, Keynote, Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack

  • Location: London
    Position: Temporary/Entry-level
    Salary: £30,000

    If you are a current university student or a recent graduate we offer paid internships (up to 3 months), which could lead to a permanent entry-level position as part of our analyst team.

    You should be a keen follower of developments in communications markets and the digital economy, with some understanding of the relevant regulatory and policy issues.
